2. Is your home priced competitive with other homes in the neighborhood
3. what makes your home stand out?
4. how is your home being marketed?
5. how many pictures does the realtor have up of your home
6. are the pictures good quality? are they of good angles and compliment the houes?

I have seen really nice homes with bad pictures and sometimes as a competing realtor I like this because it gives me a chance to either get the listing when your realtor failed or gives me a chance to get buyers in there because everyone looking online has passed it up because of bad pictures.
