There are many people that do not know how Realtors get paid, some think that we get paid a salary or that we get paid both by the seller and the buyer. Little do people know that we do not get paid unless that house that we have listed is sold or if working as a buyers agent we sell that individual a house. I have seen many people try to go around other agents thinking they will get a better deal only to be rushed and realize they not only got a bad deal but that they did not have a buyers agent working in their behalf. So many times I have seen this happen, when all the customer would have had to do is ask their Realtor on the proceedings of how and what takes place in the home buying process.
